In the eyes of normalfags, probably yes, but in reality those stats isn't something to boast about too much.

If you need calories and don't care about any other nutrition, just add a load of oil

Okay fit I need help and I need it bad.

I've been doing nothing because I live in a cramped room and have done so for at least 2 or 3, maybe even 4 years now. I'm getting light chest pains while just sitting and I have a pretty shitty diet due to living with family who lives on cheap, easy meals. I guess I can cut portions and drink a fuckton more water, but I've also been getting some kind of light hemorrhoids or something, because I've noticed very tiny but bright pink dots every now and then when I use the restroom.

Basically, what are some simple exercises I can do to help keep my health in order that I can do even in limited space? Since I'm usually the only one watching the house at times I can't get out and go walking as much as I'd like to, and this sucks so much ass. I have a very limited stamina and I want to build that up, as well.

RED MEAT AND RICE NIGGER. I haven't eaten nuts, fruits or veggies in over 2 years and I'm perfectly fine with lmao38cmbiceps.

How do I start the fit meme?
I make my own food that I think is healthy, but I'm still overweight. Is it just chicken and rice for every meal and a slice of bread in the morning?
Also a question for starting to exercise. I read that you don't want to just go hard for a few hours a day as that just does nothing and makes you more likely to give up. is even just walking about a lot outside through the day god enough or is it a case of specific sorts of exercise routines? I have a bike machine that I'v actually started using and going on that for an hour a day.

Do SS if you go to the gym. Skip breakfast fatty, you don't need bread. Eat mostly protein and don't be afraid of big caloric deficits as long as you can handle them, since they give faster results. Remember that the most important thing is calories. Calories in vs calories out.
If you are completely sedentary walking might be sufficient. Biking is good. I just lift weights. You should too, if you care about not looking like shit.

>i eat healthy
Doesn't matter. Calories in, calories out. Chicken and rice for every meal is not healthy. Like >>6594989 # said, don't eat bread and might as well just skip breakfast. Eat liver and other nutrient dense foods. Using a bike machine would be optimal because you're overweight, jogging would put a lot of stress on your knees and might fuck them up.
>I read that you don't want to just go hard for a few hours a day as that just does nothing and makes you more likely to give up.
If building muscle is not your priority, go hard but I'd still recommend to lift weights.
